
Kevin Buxton
With over 30 years of mechanical engineering experience, Mr. Buxton ensures that the total engineering effort is directed toward achieving the client’s program requirements in a timely and responsive manner. He serves as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and is LEED® accredited. Mr. Buxton is responsible for producing construction drawings, specifications, and construction cost opinions; analyzing systems and energy utilization; performing mechanical system surveys, evaluations, and designs; and reviewing drawings and submittals. Mr. Buxton has provided engineering for many healthcare, educational, commercial, and municipal clients.
Thomas M. Hoffman
For over 30 years, Mr. Hoffman has provided consulting engineering services for numerous mechanical renovation, alteration, maintenance, and repair; minor construction; and new construction projects. He has also been responsible for existing system studies and analyses. Mr. Hoffman is responsible for preparing construction documents from the schematic design through construction administration phases. He also meets with clients to determine project deliverables, schedules, and critical deadlines, and his bidding responsibilities include performing pre-bid conferences, attending bid openings, performing contractor reviews with respect to checking references and preparing final recommendations for clients. Mr. Hoffman also offers construction administration services, such as running construction progress meetings, preparing meeting minutes, reviewing payment applications and change orders, and issuing final punchlists.
